“I had the most glorious afternoon tea at Rubens. The atmosphere was absolutely divine. We enjoyed cocktails in the bar beforehand, where the bartender was friendly and attentive. The afternoon tea itself, crafted by pastry chef Sarah Houting, featured mind-blowing flavors and a range of offerings that were simply fine.
